Here at Intker(hereinafter also referred to as “we,” “us,” “our,” “the platform,” “AI rendering platform,” “the application,” “the service,” “the site, including our website, social media pages, forums, and other brand-related media) we respect your privacy and do not claim ownership of the materials you upload. Your intellectual property rights and copyrights in your works remain yours. Your uploaded files and resulting renders are not shared with other customers or third parties.
Intker enables architecture, interior design, and real estate teams to generate rendered images from uploaded sketches, photographs, or exported models, and to store, revisit, refine, and download their projects and renders.
By accessing Intker, generating renders, or purchasing a plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Policies.
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of Intker following an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
No part of the Service is directed to people under the age of 13 IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE, PLEASE DO NOT USE OR ACCESS THE SERVICE AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER If you are under 18 years of age, you represent and agree that you possess the legal consent of your parent or guardian to access and use the Service.
By using Intker, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and not to:
We may investigate suspected breaches and suspend or terminate accounts involved in them.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including activity by team members you invite.
For accounts provisioned, paid for, or administered under a Team or Enterprise plan—including Team Starter, Team Growth, Team Scale, and Enterprise—the organization holding the subscription is the account holder.
Assets created by members under the organization’s plan in the course of their work for that organization are owned by the organization. intker.com assigns all rights, title, and interest in those assets to the organization for its commercial use. Each member’s license to access and use those assets is granted through, and limited by, the organization’s account.
The organization is responsible for managing member access. Its account administrators may administer, transfer, or revoke members’ rights to assets. Upgrading or downgrading between plan tiers does not change this ownership model.
Enterprise customers may enter into a separate agreement with intker.com such as a Master Services Agreement or Data Processing Agreement. Where such an agreement exists, its terms govern asset ownership and data handling and prevail over any conflicting provisions of these Terms of Service. To request an enterprise agreement, please contact us.
You may upload sketches, drawings, photographs, and model exports to the platform. By uploading, you represent that you hold the rights and permissions needed to use that material. Intker does not claim ownership of what you upload — the intellectual property and copyright in your material remain entirely yours.
You grant Intker a limited licence to host, store, and process your material for as long as needed to operate the service for you. Your uploads and the renders produced from them are private to your account; how they are stored, processed, and deleted is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Subject to the terms, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use Intker for personal or business purposes. Image assets generated from your input belongs to you, and Intker assigns all rights, title, and interest in them to you for personal and commercial use, including client presentations, competition submissions, and marketing.
You retain ownership of all image assets generated while your licence to use Intker was valid, even if your subscription ends or your account is suspended or terminated for any reason. You may continue using those assets commercially. Revoking your licence ends your access to the service—not your rights to the work you’ve already created.
Intker uses password-free sign-in with Google, Facebook or an email code. You can disconnect a provider without deleting your account or work—just keep access to your registered email. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
When you buy an Intker plan or credit pack, your contract for that purchase is with Flowrec. We are the seller of record for every order.
Payments are taken through our payment processors, PayPal and Stripe, depending on the method you choose at checkout. They process the payment and handle your card details; they do not sell to you and are not party to your contract with us. We issue your receipt and invoice, and we handle payment support, cancellations and refunds directly.
Charges appear on your card or bank statement as Flowrec. If you do not recognise a charge, or you need a copy invoice, a tax exemption, a change of payment method, or a cancellation, write to support@intker.com and we will sort it out — there is no third party to chase. You can also cancel a subscription yourself at any time from your billing settings.
Flowrec remains responsible for the Intker service itself: licensing it to you, operating it, and supporting your use of it.
Image processing consumes credits included in your plan. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Your next billing date and remaining credits are shown under Account Settings > Billing & Credits. Credit validity and expiry are covered by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
When you subscribe, you start a recurring subscription that renews automatically at your chosen interval—monthly or annually—until you cancel. The price, currency, and renewal interval are shown at checkout before you pay. Depending on your location, the price may be shown in your local currency and may include local sales tax or VAT where we are required to charge it.
Any changes to plan pricing will be reflected on the pricing page. If you have an active subscription, you will continue to be charged your existing price; pricing changes will not automatically apply to your current subscription.
Unused subscription credits roll over, up to a maximum of 2× the credits included in your current subscription plan. Add-on credits roll over without any limit.
If your subscription expires and you purchase a new subscription within 3 months, your previously rolled-over credits will remain available and carry forward. For more details, see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility, credit expiry, and the treatment of failed renders are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intker relies on machine learning models, which are imperfect and change quickly. Processed images are interpretations, not measured documentation: materials, dimensions, daylight, and structural detail may be inaccurate or invented. You are responsible for reviewing output before presenting it, and for making clear to clients that renders are illustrative. Intker is not liable for decisions made in reliance on generated images.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that Intker will be uninterrupted or error-free, that its security cannot be breached, or that renders will be fit for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intker and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Intker and its affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the service or your breach of these terms — including any infringement of a third party’s intellectual property by material you upload.
Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect, how we use and retain it, how we handle deletion requests, and how we notify you of a security incident. It also confirms that your uploads and the renders made from them are not used to train any model.
We work to keep Intker fast and available, but we do not guarantee uptime unless agreed in a separate enterprise contract. We may add, change, or retire features as the product develops, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce functionality you rely on. If we discontinue the service, we will give you advance notice to download your renders where reasonably possible.
We occasionally release experimental features. They are optional, may be changed or withdrawn without notice, and are used at your own risk. Choosing to turn on an optional beta feature lets us collect usage data about that feature so we can improve it. You can withdraw that by turning the feature off.
We may modify these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email and in the product before they take effect. Continued use of Intker after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Intker is operated by Flowrec. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you use Intker for business purposes, the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in those courts or in the courts of your own country of residence, and you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections available to you there; nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
