Privacy Policy

Thank you for using Intker (referred to in this policy as “Intker,” “the service,” “the platform,” “the website,” or “the application”) and for taking the time to review our Privacy Policy. This policy explains what information Intker collects from you, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have regarding your information.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use Intker’s services, website, or application.

Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email address, profile picture, and optional practice or company details. Intker does not use passwords, so there is no password or password hash on your account record.
  • Sign-in data: When you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive a small, fixed set of profile fields plus a provider account identifier — your Google Account ID, or your app-scoped Facebook user ID. See Signing in with Google and Signing in with Facebook below for exactly what we receive, why, and how long we keep it. If you sign in with email using a one-time code, we receive only the email address you entered.
  • Project content: The sketches, drawings, photographs, and model exports you upload, and the processed images or renders Intker generates from them.
  • Credit data: Features used, generation parameters, and credit usage history.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and timestamps of access.
  • Payment data: the billing details you give to our payment processor, PayPal or Stripe, at checkout. They handle card data directly; Intker never receives or stores your full card number.

Signing in with Google

If you choose to sign in with Google, Intker requests only the openid, email and profile scopes. From these we receive your Google Account email address, your name, your profile picture and your Google Account ID. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google service, and we cannot read, create, change or delete anything in your Google Account.

We use this information for one purpose: to create your Intker account, identify you when you sign in, and send you service and billing email at that address. We store it with the rest of your account record, protected by the measures described under Data Security. We keep it for as long as your account is open, and delete it on the schedule set out under Data Retention when your account is closed.

We do not sell this information, share it with advertisers or data brokers, use it to serve advertising, or use it to build profiles for any purpose other than signing you in.

Limited Use

Intker’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing sign-in feature you granted it for. We transfer it to others only where necessary to provide or improve that feature, where required by law, or as part of a merger or acquisition after obtaining your explicit consent.

Google data and AI models

We do not use data received from Google APIs to develop, improve or train generalised or non-personalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models, including Intker’s own rendering models. This exclusion is absolute and unconditional: there is no setting anywhere in Intker that turns it on. More broadly, Intker trains no model on customer data of any kind — not on sign-in data from Google or Facebook, and not on the project content you upload. See How We Use Your Information.

Disconnecting Google

You can revoke Intker’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops you signing in with Google; you can still sign in with a one-time code sent to the email address on your account. It does not close your Intker account or delete your processed images or renders. To do that, see Data Deletion.

Signing in with Facebook

If you choose to sign in with Facebook, Intker requests only the public profile and email permissions. From these we receive your name, your profile picture, your app-scoped Facebook user ID and the email address on your Facebook account. We do not receive your friends, your posts, your Pages or your advertising activity, and we cannot post to Facebook on your behalf.

We use this information only to create your Intker account, identify you when you sign in, and send you service and billing email. It is stored with your account record and deleted when your account is deleted, on the schedule set out under Data Retention.

We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, use it to serve advertising, or use it to develop, improve or train any artificial intelligence or machine learning model.

Disconnecting Facebook

You can remove Intker at any time from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Intker → Remove. Removing the app stops Facebook sign-in and stops us receiving anything further from Facebook; you can still sign in with a one-time code sent to the email address on your account. Removing the app does not by itself delete your Intker account. To delete your account and everything in it, see Data Deletion — the information we received from Facebook is deleted along with it.

Intker is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

When We Collect Information

We collect information when you create an account, subscribe to a paid plan, upload a project, generate a render, contact support, subscribe to product emails, or simply browse the site.

How We Use Your Information

  • Service delivery: to create and manage your account, authenticate you, and generate the renders you request.
  • Project history: to store your projects and renders so you can revisit, refine, and download them.
  • Billing: to process payments, manage credits, and keep transaction records.
  • Support: to investigate failed renders, import problems, and account issues you report.
  • Improvement: to analyse usage patterns, in aggregated or anonymised form, and improve render quality and reliability.
  • Security: to detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, fraud, and security incidents.

We do not: sell your personal data, use your uploaded project content or the renders made from it to train, develop or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, or share your work with advertisers. Intker’s rendering models are trained on licensed and curated datasets, never on customer uploads. If that ever changes we will ask for your explicit, opt-in consent first and give you at least 30 days’ notice, and it will never be applied to content you uploaded before you agreed.

Your Project Content

Your uploads and renders belong to you. They are private to your account by default and are not published, shown to other users, or used in our marketing without your written permission. Your processed images or renders are stored so your project history stays usable, and are processed only to deliver the service to you.

Third-Party Providers

We rely on a small set of vetted providers, each contractually bound to protect your data. Most act as our processors and use it only to provide services on our behalf. Our payment processors, PayPal and Stripe, also handle your payment details under their own privacy policies, as described below.

  • Cloud infrastructure: hosting, storage, and image processing or renders.
  • AI processing: rendering infrastructure that receives only the image data needed to generate your render, and may not use it for any other purpose. A current provider list is available to enterprise customers on request.
  • Payments: PayPal and Stripe process payments on our behalf. You buy from Flowrec directly, and the processor handles card data and the payment itself under its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy and paypal.com/legalhub/privacy-full. We receive only what we need to run your subscription: your name, email address, billing country, plan, and transaction history. We never receive your full card number.
  • Authentication: Google and Meta, when you choose to sign in with them.
  • Email and analytics: transactional email delivery and product analytics.

We may also disclose information where required by law or legal process, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case we will notify you of any change to how your data is handled.

International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where data leaves your region, we rely on legally recognised transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards with each provider.

Data Security

  • Encryption: project content and account data are encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • No passwords: Intker does not use passwords at all, so there is no password database to breach. You sign in with Google, with Facebook, or with a single-use code sent to your email address, which expires shortly after it is issued.
  • Access controls: internal access to production data is restricted and logged.
  • Review: we review our security practices and dependencies regularly.

No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection of your data.

Data Retention

  • Project content and renders are retained while your account is active.
  • You can delete individual projects or renders at any time; deleted content is removed from active storage within 30 days.
  • If you close your account yourself, your projects, uploads, renders and account record are removed from our live systems immediately and irreversibly, and purged from encrypted backups within 90 days. If you ask us to close it for you, we complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying the request. Full detail is on our Data Deletion page.
  • Information received from Google or Facebook sign-in is held only while your account is open, and is deleted with the rest of your account record on the same schedule. Revoking access at the provider deletes it sooner, at your request.
  • Financial records are retained for up to 7 years, as required by law. These records are held by us as the seller of record, and by our payment processors for the payments they handled.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

  • Access a copy of your personal data.
  • Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Request erasure of your personal data and project content.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Object to or restrict processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Withdraw consent, including consent to marketing email or optional analytics.
  • Lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence.

To exercise any of these, email support@intker.com from your account address, or use our Contact Us page. We respond within 30 days. To delete your account and all of your content, see Data Deletion — no sign-in required.

Security Incident Notification

If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you by email within 72 hours of confirming it, describing what happened, what data was involved, what we are doing about it, and what you should do.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the product is used. Analytics cookies are set with consent where required. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the product may stop working correctly.

Children’s Privacy

Intker is a professional tool sold on subscription and is not directed at children. You must be 18 or over to hold an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and if we learn that an account belongs to a minor we will close it and delete its data. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, write to support@intker.com and we will remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as Intker and the law evolve. For material changes we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email and in the product, and update the date below.
