Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to Intker. If a purchase has not worked out, this policy explains how to cancel, what happens to your credits, and when a refund applies.

Who You Bought From

Intker plans and credit packs are sold by Flowrec. We are the seller of record, and we handle invoicing, cancellations and refunds ourselves.

Payments are taken through our payment processors, PayPal and Stripe, depending on the method you chose at checkout. They process the payment; they are not the seller and they do not decide refunds.

To ask for a refund, write to support@intker.com. We can see your account and render history, so in most cases we can approve it without asking you for evidence.

Definitions

  • Company (“we”, “us”, “our”) means Flowrec, which operates Intker.
  • Service means the Intker website and web application, accessible at intker.com.
  • Plan means a paid monthly or annual subscription to the Service.
  • Credits means the render allowance included with a Plan or purchased as a credit pack.
  • Render means an image generated by the Service from content you upload.
  • You means the individual using the Service, or the practice, studio, or legal entity on whose behalf it is used.

Your Right to Cancel

You can cancel a Plan at any time — there is no cancellation fee and no notice period.

We do not charge any cancellation or exit fee, and we do not impose a penalty for cancelling early. Approved refunds are processed promptly, within the timeframes set out below and in line with applicable payment regulations.

  • Cancel from Settings > Billing & Credits. The change is immediate and confirmed by email.
  • Your Plan and its remaining Credits stay usable until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
  • At the end of that period, the account moves to the free tier; your projects and past renders remain available to view and download.
  • If you cannot reach your account settings, email support@intker.com from your account address stating that you want to cancel.

What Happens to Your Credits

  • Credits are spent on an active Plan. Unused Plan credits roll into your next billing cycle, up to 2× your monthly allowance; anything above that is not carried forward.
  • Credit packs are bought on top of an active Plan and are added to the same balance.
  • If your subscription ends — because you cancel, or because a payment is not settled — every credit on the account expires permanently 90 days later. That applies to Plan credits and to separately purchased credit packs alike. Resubscribing within those 90 days restores access to the balance you still had.
  • Credits consumed by completed renders are treated as used, whether or not you download the result. Credits for renders that fail to generate return to your balance automatically.

Your Statutory Right to Cancel

If you bought as a consumer in the EU, the UK, or anywhere with an equivalent right, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days and receive a full refund of everything you paid, including tax.

Because Intker is digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once you have started using the service in that period — but only if you agreed at checkout to immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal. We ask for that agreement during checkout. If you have not generated a render in the period you are asking about, your withdrawal right is intact and we will refund you in full without question.

If you bought for business purposes rather than as a consumer, this statutory right does not apply, but our own refund window below does.

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law of your own country.

Our Refund Window

Tell us within 14 days of a payment that you want a refund and we will refund it in full, provided you have used no more than 25 credits since that payment.

If you have used more than 25 credits since the payment, a refund is not applicable to it. Credits returned to your balance for failed renders, or credited back because of a fault on our side, do not count towards the 25.

Within that limit there is no form, no approval committee, and no deduction. You get back exactly what you paid, tax included, and we do not ask why you are leaving.

Outside the 14 days, the period you are in is not refunded and we do not refund partly used periods. You can cancel at any time to stop the next payment.

To make a request, email support@intker.com from the address on your account with your invoice number, or use our Contact Us page. Sending from that address just lets us confirm it is you — if you no longer have access to it, tell us and we will verify another way rather than turn you down.

Cases We Always Put Right

Neither the 14-day window nor the 25-credit limit applies to our own errors. We refund or credit, at your choice:

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors on our side.
  • A renewal charged after you had already cancelled.
  • An outage or defect that prevented you from rendering for a significant part of the period.
  • Renders that completed but were unusable because of a technical fault on our side.

Renders that completed correctly but did not match your creative expectation are not refunded — adjust the input, style, or settings and render again.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@intker.com with your invoice number and a short description of the issue, or use our Contact Us page. We reply within one business day.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, for the full amount you were charged including any tax. We do not deduct processing fees.
  • We process approved refunds within 14 days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money usually appears within a further 3 to 10 business days.
  • If you are unhappy with a charge, please come to us before you contact your bank. A chargeback freezes the payment while the bank investigates, which takes considerably longer than a refund and suspends the account meanwhile. Raising one does not remove any right you have under this policy or under the law where you live.

Annual, Team, and Enterprise Plans

Annual Plans follow the same 14-day window and 25-credit limit. After the window, we can convert the remaining term to account credit instead of a cash refund on request. Team and enterprise agreements follow the cancellation and refund terms in their contract, which prevail over this policy.

Failed Payments and Downgrades

If a payment fails, we retry it and notify you by email. You have 7 days from that notice to settle the amount. If it remains unpaid, the account is downgraded to the free tier: paid features and Plan credits become unavailable, while your projects and past renders stay accessible.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our plans change. Material changes are announced by email before they take effect and never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
