We’re here to help

At Intker, we think support should be as fast as the renders. A real person reads every message and replies within one business day — usually much sooner. Whether you have a failed import, a billing question, a deadline you need help hitting, or need advice on getting a specific look out of a sketch, your message goes to the same place and is answered by someone who uses the product.

Write to us any time at support@intker.com — one address for everything, including billing, refunds, and team enquiries. Include your project name and the render ID from the render’s detail panel, and attach the source file if the problem is with an import. Doing so usually saves a round of questions.

What we can help with

Delete Your Account and Data

You can delete your Intker account and everything in it at any time, and you do not need to give a reason.

If you can sign in, go to Settings → Personal Information and use Delete Account at the foot of the page. If you cannot sign in, or you would rather we did it, email support@intker.com with the subject “Delete my data”, or use the form on this page. You do not need to be signed in to make the request.

Full instructions, including what we delete and what we are legally required to keep, are on our Delete your data page.

Billing, Invoices, and What Appears on Your Statement

Intker plans are sold by Flowrec, and payments are taken through PayPal or Stripe depending on the method you chose at checkout. Charges appear on your statement as Flowrec.

For a copy of an invoice, a change of payment method, a tax exemption, a cancellation or a refund, write to support@intker.com and we will deal with it directly — there is no third party to chase. You can also cancel a subscription yourself at any time from your billing settings.

Frequently asked questions

1. What does Intker actually do?You upload a sketch, a photograph, or an exported model, pick a style and settings, and Intker generates photorealistic images from it in seconds. It replaces the slow round trip of setting up a render scene when you need a look, not measured documentation.
2. What can I upload?Hand sketches and line drawings, photographs of an existing space, and exports from SketchUp, Revit, and similar tools, as JPG, PNG, WEBP or AVIF up to 20 MB per image.
3. Do I keep the rights to my work and my renders?Yes. Your uploads stay yours, and the renders generated from them are yours to use commercially, including in client presentations. The details are in the Terms of Service.
4. A render failed — do I lose the credit? No. Credits for failed renders return to your balance automatically, usually within a few minutes. If a render completed but is unusable because of a fault on our side, write in and we will credit it back.
5. Is my work used to train AI models? No. Your uploads and the renders made from them are never used to train our models — there is no setting to check and nothing to opt out of. See the Privacy Policy for how your content is handled.
6. How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?Cancel any time from Settings > Billing & Credits. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee as long as you have used no more than 25 credits since the payment; the detail is in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Still stuck?Email support@intker.com and we will reply within one business day — usually much sooner.
