Data Deletion

If you want to delete your Intker account and everything in it at any time. No sign-in or explanation is required to submit a deletion request.

There are two routes. If you can sign in, delete the account yourself from Settings — it takes about ten seconds and needs no approval from us. If you cannot sign in, or you would rather we did it, email us and we will.

Delete It Yourself

  1. 1Sign in at intker.com.
  2. 2Open Settings → Personal Information — from the account menu in the top right, or go straight to intker.com/settings/personal-information.
  3. 3Scroll to the bottom of the page, past your profile and plan details, and choose Delete Account.
  4. 4Read the confirmation dialog, then choose Delete Account again.

There is no cooling-off period, no waiting list and no undo. Confirming the dialog closes the account straight away and signs you out. Your projects, uploads, renders, prompts and account record are removed from our live systems immediately, and purged from encrypted backups within 90 days.

Ask Us to Delete It

Email support@intker.com with the subject “Delete my data”, or use the form on our Contact Us page.

Tell us the email address on the account — or, if you signed in with Google or Facebook, the email address on that account. We reply within one business day, check that the request comes from the account holder, and complete the deletion within 30 days. You do not need to be signed in, and you do not need an active subscription.

If You Signed In With Google

You can revoke Intker’s access to your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. That stops us receiving anything further from Google, but it does not delete your Intker account — use one of the two routes above for that. You can still sign in with a one-time code sent to the email address on your account.

If You Signed In With Facebook

You can remove Intker from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Intker → Remove. That stops Facebook sign-in and stops us receiving anything further from Facebook.

Removing the app does not by itself delete your Intker account. Use one of the two routes above for that, and the information we received from Facebook — your name, email address, profile picture and app-scoped user ID — is deleted along with it.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account record: name, email address, profile picture, and any practice or company details. Intker stores no passwords and no password hashes — sign-in is by Google, by Facebook, or by a one-time code emailed to you, and those codes expire.
  • Anything received from Google or Facebook sign-in: name, email, profile picture, and the provider account ID.
  • Every upload — sketches, drawings, photographs, model exports.
  • Every render, along with your project history, prompts and render settings.
  • Support correspondence linked to the account.

What We Have to Keep, and Why

Invoices and transaction records are retained for 7 years because tax law requires it. These are held by Flowrec as the seller of record, and by our payment processors for the payments they handled, and contain your name, email address, billing country and the amounts paid — never your projects or your renders.

How Long It Takes

Deleting the account yourself takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. The data is gone from our live systems the moment you confirm; copies inside encrypted backups are overwritten as those backups rotate, within 90 days. A deletion we carry out on your behalf completes within 30 days of us verifying the request, and we email you when it is done.
